The two-day international seminar is organized for the purpose of determining the cultural and institutional perspectives of the new political science direction "Governance of Public Policy". The actuality of the seminar is determined by scientific and practical factors. The scientific actuality is related to search of foundations for handling processes of public policy rather than the systems of its organization. Practical actuality is determined by the need to push forward the academic constructed model of public policy regimes in direction of evaluation of public policy processes. The novelty of the project is defined by the opportunity to discuss innovative components of scientific subfield "governance of public policy" for the research and assessment of public policy process for more governability and competitiveness of modern states in network and multi-cultural contexts. The plan is to publish the conference proceedings "Governance of Public Policy", as well as the use of the results of the seminar in addressing methodological issues to policy sciences and to improve teaching master's programs on public policy and administration. The deadline for submission of paper proposals is March 1, 2015. The paper desirable to send up to June 1, 2015.
