Paper proposals are invited on the Main Conference Theme, for the General Session, or on the themes of the various Working Groups, selected Panels and PhD pre-conference seminar which are announced for the conference:
Main Conference Theme
"Spreading Standards, Building Capacities: European Administrative Space in Progress"
May 19 -21, 2016, Zagreb, Croatia
The event is organised in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Croatia.

II. Working Group on e-Government
III. Working Group on Public Administration Reform
IV. Working Group on Regional Development and Inter-regional Cooperation
V. Working Group on Public Finance and Public Finance Management
VI. Working Group on Public Policy Analysis VII. Working Group on Public Administration Education
VIII. Working Group on Local Services and Infrastructure: Institutions, Regulation, Finance
IX. Working Group on Transition, Change and Uncertainty
X. Working Group on Non-Governmental Organizations in Central and Eastern Europe
In addition to the mentioned sessions, special presentations and panels are planned, focusing on other attractive and actual issues for academia and practice in the field.

Online APPLICATION WITH A PAPER PROPOSAL
Deadline: October 15, 2015
Applicants should complete an online application form (in English) and input an abstract of a paper (maximum two pages - 3600 characters), update the personal data and attach the actual CV file (maximum 2 MB).
The selection results will be available by the end of November, 2015.
