Candidates from different disciplinary backgrounds, including but not limited to economics, public policy, and political science, are invited to apply. We are especially seeking candidates who will support a research-oriented Ph.D. program, and have research expertise in one or more of the following areas, either in the domestic or international environmental policy contexts: water, climate change, natural resources, energy, sustainability, and transportation.

Candidates must present evidence of a high quality and ambitious research program with a public sector orientation, a strong commitment to high quality teaching at the doctoral and Master’s levels, and an interest in professional service applications. The individual selected for this position will be able to teach graduate level courses on environmental policy and serve on related doctoral examination and advisory committees, among other teaching and service opportunities.
