The 2015 conference in Milan (ICPP 2) was a great success attended by over 1,300 participants from more than 60 countries, and featured more than 265 sessions and over 1,000 paper presentations. A similar number of panels and participants is expected in Singapore.

ICPP 3 is organised in 2 steps: Call for Panels (1st September - 14th October 2016) and Call for Papers (1st November - 15th January 2017). A panel proposal should define a research topic, allowing policy researchers on the same issues to present and to discuss their works with participants. The panel proposals can be on any particular topic (theoretical, methodological, or empirical approaches are all welcome) and must contain a “Call for Papers” which will be published if the panel is selected. All panel proposals will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee of ICPP, and the "Call for Papers" of the selected panels will be published online. The panel chairs will receive and select high quality paper proposals which correspond to their panel (between 4 and 15 papers) and will organise between 1 and 3 sessions of 2 hours during ICPP3. All the panels are open (send panel proposal without paper proposal) and the panel chairs will be in charge of the paper selection.

The panel submission is an online process. To propose a panel, you must:

  1. Create an account on our Website of all panel chairs
  2. Complete the online form (http://ippapublicpolicy.org/conference/icpp-3-singapore-2017/page/call-for-panel/15/7) with the following information:
  1. Title of the panel.
  2. Choice of topic
  3. Email address of any other Panel Chair(s)
  4. A description of the objectives of the panel and its scientific relevance in no more than 500 words.
  5. A text for a “Call for Papers” of no more than 300 words that will be published if the panel proposal is accepted.
